Interested in letting your business partners know what you think? Here’s your chance to be heard. This survey will allow carriers and vendors to understand your needs, acting as a springboard for a more efficient way of doing business.

This survey is the first of its kind to be created by such a broad coalition of companies, user groups, associations and vendors. This is an industry survey that will serve agents and brokers by educating carriers and vendors as to the challenges you face when utilizing the tools developed by your business partners. Your input can help change the carriers' perspectives and in turn their strategic plans.
User Friendly Survey
We’ve designed the survey to allow you the most flexibility and ease of use. Use the “Stop and Resume” button throughout the survey to take the time to get the information you may need or just to take a break. Your personal PIN Code, which will be automatically generated when you choose to stop, is your ticket back into the survey, right where you left off.
Ask for Help
We’re not looking to test your knowledge, but rather to get your opinion, so don’t hesitate to seek help from others in the agency for answers to questions you don’t know. We encourage others from within your agency to complete the survey as well. The differences of opinion that probably exist will be helpful in our results.
You'll always know where you are
The survey should take about 45 minutes or less depending on your responses. Throughout the process, though, you’ll get updates as to how much further you have to go. You’ll always see “the light at the end of the tunnel.”
